Placing an Order - Contact Information

Feel free to contact me with comments and questions.  You can place and order online and pay with PayPal.  If you have never used PayPal, it is owned by eBay and is an easy way to use your charge or bank information to pay for a purchase.  Your financial information is never seen by the seller.  You need an email address to register. 

If you would like to order but don't like placing orders online, you can print out your form  or just list what you would like and mail me a check (I can only take checks form US banks).  Any questions?  I am in my office most days from 8:00 to 4:00 Eastern Standard Time.
