This is a story told in letters of a young woman from Columbia, Pennsylvania who, in 1910, moves to New York City to become a church secretary.  Follow the story of Mary and her friends as they find careers and friendships in the fast changing world of the early 1900s. THE BEST OF DOLL DIARY'S PAPER DOLLS

I have chosen some of my favorite paper dolls from the last ten years. I included full color sets like Styles from the 1920s, Moira in the 1930s, Dixie Belle, Summer Fashions 1917, Hallie the Witch, Paris 1925, A Lady Doll's Costumes from 1910, Civil War Costumes, Fur Fantasy, Valentine Girl, Contemporary Weekend Wardrobe, and Home Sewing 1948. I also printed some articles from early issues: How I became a Paper Doll Collector, How I Enjoy My Collection, and Painting Paper Dolls. There is also an assortment of black and white paper dolls from the early issues. Price $25.00

 

AN ANTIQUE DOLL AND HER STRIPED FROCKS

This paper doll booklet pictures a doll from 1916 with her striped wardrobe.  Seen right is her swim suit and one of the five full color outfits.  Also in the booklet are three outfits for you to color.  If you love authentic vintage fashions or are looking for some costuming inspiration, I think you will like this book.  Price $6.50
